All Veeva Vault PODs are currently experiencing a service disruption. Veeva engineering teams are working to return the service to normal as quickly as possible.
Current work has started to resolve a possible issue on the Authentication Servers. An update will be provided in the next 30 minutes.
We are gradually restoring Vault services to the PODs in a manner that helps to avoid additional issues. Thank you for your patience as we work diligently to resolve the issue.
Intermittently seeing issues across several PODs. Initiated a brief outage across all PODs to apply a change across all PODs. A further update will be provided within 30 minutes.
PODs are currently undergoing preliminary testing before service is restored.
Initial testing is completing on each POD. We are currently starting to restore service to the PODs by region. We are continuing to monitor as each POD comes online. Thank you again for your patience.
