Access Control customers may be experiencing slow unlock times

This incident has been resolved.

We believe we have root caused the issue. We have deployed a firmware update that should fix the problem and prevent it from happening in the future.

We have made progress on root causing the issue, but our investigation is still ongoing. We have learned enough about the root cause to deploy a quick, temporary fix via our fleet management system, which should prevent this issue from occurring until we can fully root cause and deploy a longer-term fix.

Some Access Control customers may be experiencing slow unlock times when credentials are presented at their readers. Rebooting the affected access controllers via Command has been observed to temporarily fix the issue. We are currently root causing the issue.
