We are continuously progressing on the our hotfix. Presently we are testing our hotfix in canary pops, going through the regressions process on them.

We have made further progress in identifying and verifying the issue in our testing environment. As a result, we will now proceed with deploying an urgent hotfix to the production RE PoP. During the deployment process, traffic will be temporarily redirected from the RE under upgrade, ensuring that customers do not experience any service outage.

We have identified the issue and applied a work around to the global RE PoPs. All service should be running. We will keep monitoring the status and working on the further fix.
