AWS has resolved the issue affecting AWS Lambda. Workato core functionality was not affected during the incident, with the exception of customers using Workato's AWS Lambda connector. In addition, some customers may have experienced errors or delays with recipes that rely upon non-Workato-based Saas services hosted on AWS.
We are monitoring our internal service metrics and continuing to work with our AWS liaisons.

We are aware of an issue affecting the AWS US-East region associated with AWS Lambda. Workato's platform and services do not directly rely upon AWS Lambda, and we are not seeing any direct impact on Workato services other than customers who may be using the AWS Lambda connector.
