Resolved Delays starting jobs
We are currently investigating an issue with delays in starting jobs.
Resolved S3 IAM Role based Authentication connection failures
S3 connections using IAM Role based Authentication that do not have the external id specified in the connection settings are failing. Customers should update their IAM Roles to include those specified external ids. Please refer to https://docs.workato.com/connectors/s3/connection-setup.html#connect-to-amazon-s3-using-iam-role for help on how to set it up.
Resolved Akamai DNS issue affecting various API calls
We are aware of an issue (unrelated to the Workato platform) with APIs which are using Akamai DNS (https://edgedns.status.akamai.com/incidents/n5zl6dythvfv). This is causing actions accessing these APIs to fail. We are monitoring this incident.
