We are currently investigating an issue affecting role based access. Users may find Collaborator roles being reset to the out-of-box Operator or Analyst role. Customers using SAML along with SAML Role sync may disable Role sync and update collaborator roles manually. We will continue to share additional information as it becomes available.

After further monitoring, this issue is now considered resolved, and customers should no longer experience unintentional changes to collaborator roles. To reiterate, affected customers may either reconfigure or remap Workato Role attributes in their Identity Provider, or disable SAML Role Sync in the Workato platform and update collaborator roles manually. We have implemented a fix and users should no longer experience issues. Affected customers may either reconfigure or remap Workato Role attributes in their Identity Provider, or disable SAML Role Sync in the Workato platform and update collaborator roles manually. We will continue to monitor the system as it recovers.
