All reviews and review responses should once again be available within the Customer Portal and API. We will continue to monitor the results to ensure that this issue is fully resolved.
We have identified a remaining issue. While all reviews are once again available in the Customer Portal and API, recent responses on a subset of reviews remain unavailable. We are actively working on repopulating all missing review response data, and will provide periodic updates on our progress.
A fix has been implemented. All reviews should once again be available within the Customer Portal and API. We will continue to monitor these systems to ensure that this issue is fully resolved.
