Resolved Delays Populating Answers Analytics
We are investigating delays getting recent Answers searches to appear in Answers Analytics storage. This may affect various views including Answers Analytics, Answers Overview and Answers Search Terms. Answers Serving is unaffected.
Resolved Pages Publishing Degradation
We are currently investigating reports of missing assets in a small number of Pages. We have temporarily disabled publishing to avoid any additional data errors, and we currently believe there is no impact to Pages Serving. We will update as soon as we have more information.
Resolved Managed ETLs delayed
We have identified a connectivity problem that started over the weekend and prevented normally scheduled ETLs from running and loading updated data for customer accounts. We resolved the issue, and ETLs are currently running, but affected customers may still observe a delay until their data is updated. This only affects accounts which have contracted Yext to build data loading processes for integration with their existing systems.
Resolved Photo Upload Issues in Sandbox
We are currently investigating reports of photo upload issues in the Sandbox environment. Some flows may not be available in Hitchhikers and the Sandbox Customer Portal at this time. Production environments are unaffected by this incident.
Resolved Delays in publishing updates to Pages
We are currently investigating publishing delays in the Pages platform. Serving existing content to consumers in unaffected.
Resolved Errors on Answers Overview Page
We have identified a problem resulting in increased error rates on the Answers Overview page and are working on a fix. Answers Serving is unaffected.

We are currently investigating delays in data processing for our Answers Overview page in the Sandbox environment. Some Hitchhiker flows may be delayed at this time.

In Sandbox, the ElasticSearch cluster providing search over the Knowledge Graph is unavailable. We are investigating the issue.
