13 days agoSeveral issues: Facebook Messenger messages in pending. Very slow performance in both the website and the app. Recents tab doesn't update in time, tasks aren't marking as completed. And calls aren't being recorded.

3 months agoWhen I'm trying to load a snapshot into a client's sub-account, I select the assets and when I submit, it says internal server error. I've switched browsers, gone incognito, logged out and back in, I tried to load one asset at a time. Every time the same message comes up.

When HighLevel marks an incident as a major outage, IsDown updates its internal status, the customer status page and dashboard. Depending on the customer settings, IsDown will also send notifications.
IsDown monitors HighLevel status page for minor outages. A minor outage is when HighLevel experiences a small issue affecting a small percentage of its customer's applications. An example is the performance degradation of an application. When a minor outage occurs, IsDown updates its internal status and shares that information on the customer status page.
