ZoomInfo - Platform Issues

A fix has been released for the subset of users experiencing Engage access issues. All users should now be able to access all ZoomInfo products. We are monitoring the results closely.

We have a released a fix for the ZI Chrome Extension and users should now be able to access the ZI Chrome Extension and Admin Portal.

We are continuing to investigate the issue impacting some users ability to access Engage. As a temporary workaround to access Engage, we recommend clearing your browser cache and cookies. Please reach out to helpmenow@zoominfo.com if you need assistance with those steps and the ZoomInfo Customer Solutions team is happy to assist.

We have a released a fix for the ZoomInfo Admin Portal. Users should now be able to access the Admin Portal via direct login and the in-platform app switcher.

We are aware of and investigating intermittent issues causing users to be unable to login to Engage, the Admin Portal, and the Chrome Extension.

Please know our Engineering teams are working hard to resolve these issues and get everything up and running as soon as possible.
