A fix has been implemented and deployed. resolving this issue for all but 2 CMS4Schools districts which require special handling due to quirks with historical records. Our support team is working directly with the those two districts to get it fixed for them this afternoon, too.
Developers have identified circumstances that can cause these errors in certain circumstances. The effect appears to be limited to about 1% of CMS4Schools accounts. We are continuing to work with those affected users.
