SEEDS/IEP4Schools paused to address rollover issues

We are happy to report that SEEDS/IEP4Schools is now working as expected. Thank you, again, for your patience. We were able to fix the few affected records and verify that this problem will not affect other records moving forward. If you have any concerns, please send a ticket to suppport.iep@4schools.net.

We appreciate your patience with this ongoing matter. The accuracy of this data is extremely important to us, so we are taking as much time as necessary to complete our plan of action and carefully verify the accuracy of each record before resuming normal operations. We ask for your continued patience and understanding. If things continue as expected, service will be restored sometime today.

An issue was identified after the rollover on Tuesday. In order to preserve any work that has been completed since then, we have made the decision to shut down access until we know more about how this will affect our users and how to remediate the issue. Thanks for your understanding.
