This incident has been fully resolved. As of 21:13 UTC, Abnormal has completed reprocessing all emails from the impacted timeframe for European customers using Inbound Email Security. Starting at 04:00 UTC, Abnormal experienced a service disruption affecting email detection and remediation for some European customers using Inbound Email Security.
