Delayed AI Security Mailbox Notifications for US and EU Customers

Starting at 16:00 UTC, Abnormal experienced a service disruption affecting AI Security Mailbox notifications for US and EU customers. Throughout the incident, the AI Security Mailbox continued to function as expected and customer security protection was not impacted; however, affected customers did not receive notifications during the incident window. Abnormal worked with its email delivery provider to reinstate the account, and AI Security Mailbox notifications are now being sent as expected.
