We've received some reports of a recent issue with the Accurx inbox not loading or the Accurx toolbar not connecting. We're currently investigating this and will provide an update once we have more information. Apologies for the inconvenience with this.

We've received some reports of improved user experience with the Accurx inbox and message compose features. We will continue to monitor this.

Root Cause Update
This disruption is linked to an ongoing Microsoft Azure outage, resulting in some system failures at Accurx. Microsoft Azure have estimated that systems should be restored by 13:30. We expect Accurx systems to restore in line with this.

Inbox & Message Compose
Users are continuing to experience fluctuating access to the Accurx Inbox and Message Compose screen. This is limiting organisations' ability to send communications to patients and view incoming patient responses or patient triage requests.

Patient-Facing Services
During this time, patient-facing services will remain operational - allowing patients to continue to book appointments, reply to messages and submit patient triage requests.

A suspected issue with Microsoft Azure is causing a subset of users to be unable to view the Accurx Inbox or compose new messages.
We're continuing to investigate this issue.
