The Microsoft Azure outage has been resolved.

Normal services for Accurx Web and Desktop have resumed.

We will continue to monitor their stability throughout the morning.

From 16:00 Accurx users have been impacted by an ongoing Microsoft Azure outage.

We are now seeing signs of recovery. Users are gaining intermittent access to log-in to Accurx and use Accurx Web and Desktop features. We expect services to remain partially degraded while Microsoft Azure continues to implement fixes.

Engineering, Clinical and Incident Response teams at Accurx are continuing to monitor services stability and will confirm whether normal services have resumed by 07:30am, tomorrow morning.

From 16:00 Accurx users have been impacted by an ongoing Microsoft Azure outage.

We are now seeing signs of recovery. Users are able to log-in to Accurx and access Accurx Web and Desktop Services.

Engineering, Clinical and Incident Response teams at Accurx are continuing to monitor services stability and will confirm when normal services have resumed.

Due to an ongoing Microsoft Azure outage, some users are unable to access Accurx services.

This incident is being constantly monitored for updates by Engineering, Clinical and Incident Response teams at Accurx.
We are currently waiting for Microsoft Azure to complete their fixes for normal Accurx services to resume.

Impacted Users
New or recently logged-out users are unable to access Accurx Web and Desktop services, including inbox and message compose features. This is also impacting access and use of Accurx scribe.

Unimpacted Users
Existing users who remain logged in are unaffected.
Patient-facing services such as booking links, questionnaires, and triage forms remain available.

We understand there is an ongoing Microsoft Azure outage.

This is preventing Accurx users from accessing services if they have logged into Accurx since 16:00 or restarted the Accurx Toolbar.

Users who are already logged into the Accurx are unimpacted.

We're investigating this issue urgently and will provide further updates shortly.
