Issue
Users were experiencing intermittent issues receiving 2FA codes, limiting their ablity to log into Accurx Services.
Impact
We believe this affected fewer than 10% of messages / users.
Workaround
We recommend that users log in to Accurx using NHS Single Sign On where possible.
We have reached out to Network Providers to understand the failure in message deliveries. We've now seen an improvement. We'll continue to monitor the performance of message delivery and provide an update later today.
Update: We're seeing this clear for some users now, do update the Accurx support team if the issue persists.
