We've received some reports of issues with saving consultations produced by Accurx Scribe to the patient record. We're currently investigating which medical systems are impacted and will provide an update shortly.

Issue
We've received some reports of issues with saving consultations produced by Accurx Scribe to the patient record. This is affecting both EMIS and SystmOne users.
Fix
Our engineering team are currently testing a fix to resume normal save to record functionality.
Workaround
While we work to resolve this issue you can use either workaround.
1. Copy - Please use the "Copy" button within Accurx Scribe to copy the consultation to your clipboard and enter it into the patient record manually
2. Wait - The transcription and summarisation of the consultation will be available for 30 days. You can return to the consultation at a later date to save it to the patient record.
