Slower Note Generation Times

The team are seeing reports that the note generation speed should have returned to normal levels this morning, but there is a small chance this could still degrade as load increases throughout the day.

We'll be monitoring this closely and will also meet with Microsoft to understand the root cause of this issue on their side.

The Azure team are still investigating the issues causing the slower note generation times within Scribe.

In the meantime, all transcriptions will remain available within Scribe, so you can generate notes and use other templates at a later time, once normal generation times resume.

Note Generation times are taking longer than expected this morning (+30 seconds). This is due to issues with Azure, a system that supports Scribe.
We're currently in contact with Azure to get this resolved.
