The Issue: A small number of users have contacted us experiencing difficulties logging into or connecting to the Accurx toolbar.
The Cause: We are currently investigating, as the cause appears to be local network security settings blocking our servers.
Next Steps: We recommend asking your IT team to whitelist *.accurx.com, *.sentry.io, and installer.accurx.com.
We’re continuing to monitor the situation closely and will provide further updates as they become available
