It was identified that the issue originated from a recent change implemented by Microsoft Azure, which temporarily disrupted key integrations that Conflicts application depends on.

Our Cloud Operations team is actively performing a resynchronization and validation process to restore full functionality. Initial testing indicates that this approach is addressing the core issue, and we are working to complete verification before bringing all services back online.
