We’re currently investigating an issue with the Mailchimp Audience integration and, to protect stability, syncing is currently turned off. The team is implementing changes to reduce request volume and re-enable syncing as soon as validation completes. Audience updates from Affinity lists may not appear in Mailchimp while paused, but there is no data loss. We’ll post an update once the fix is validated and rollout begins.

We continue to closely monitor our Mailchimp integration. At the same time, we are improving our systems to meet Mailchimp's API rate limits while ensuring data is kept up-to-date. Customers can expect small delays of 24-48h at most.

We are continuing to fine tune the Mailchimp integration request volumes in order to manage the throughput of the integration. All Mailchimp audience lists have been synced as of earlier today, however some customers may still experience delays going forward. We are continuing to work towards a permanent solution.

We have observed improvements in data being synced from and to Mailchimp. However, some customers may still be experiencing delays in their Mailchimp Audience Integration. The team continues to monitor and improve our workflows to improve the stability of our Mailchimp integration.

We have made a change to reduce request volumes which will mitigate this issue. Given the complexity of the change, we will me monitoring it through the weekend and will perform rigorous validation before re-enabling the Mailchimp Audience integration, which we expect to happen early next week.

We apologize for the inconvenience and will post another update as soon as we begin the production rollout or if the timeline changes.
