Elevated Errors For Users In US Making Repayment in IOS App

A hotfix has been deployed which has resolved this issue. The errors associated with this incident are no longer occurring at abnormal levels.

We are still investigating the root cause of failing repayment requests via Affirm iOS app. A potential fix is available for download as the latest release but we are unable to verify its efficacy.

This is impacting only 3% of requests, we are working to confirm that individual users can retry their repayment action successfully through the app.

For any user who is completely unable to succeed in the Affirm mobile app, we have confirmed repayment via affirm.com is not impacted. We recommend those users use that channel to take repayment actions until this is resolved.

We have a possible fix for this issue and we will be deploying it soon with our next IOS release.
