11 days agoThe amount available to me states it on the page but when I go to choose a loan amount I never receive the text to show it’s me the code never comes, not by call or text, then it says I’m not approved even though it says I’m pre approved & to choose a plan.

30 days agoI’ve updated the app but still - it cannot show me anything that I owe or how much credit I have left or anything. I want to pay off all the loans but the app keeps saying, “we’ve hit a snag” or “I’m not connected to the internet” even though I am. If I’m not, this message won’t post.
