A fix has been implemented by Microsoft which seems to have fixed the issue. We will continue monitoring and will report back with a final resolution soon.
Unfortunately, we have identified problems with our 3rd party provider Microsoft regarding OCSP verification.
Clients using OCSP verification, who are experiencing issues could try to turn off the OCSP verification as a short-term solution.
