RESOLVED 11 days ago - at 04/28/2026 08:02PM

The issue affecting automated statement sending has been resolved. The underlying cause has been corrected, the affected client and contact records have been restored to their previous state, and automated statement sending has been re-enabled.

As a precaution, we restored statement sending in staggered batches today with active monitoring at each step, and have not observed any further unintended sends. Normal service is fully restored.

We have reached out directly to the small number of firms whose clients were affected by an unintended statement during this incident. If you have not heard from us individually, your firm was not impacted.

We are sorry for the disruption this caused, and appreciate your patience while we worked through it.

MONITORING 11 days ago - at 04/28/2026 02:14PM

Automated statement delivery will resume at 11:30 AM EST.

Any statements that were not sent during the pause will be delivered as part of this process.

We will continue to monitor closely and provide further updates as needed.
