We have implemented a fix for this issue as of 9:49 UTC on April 7, 2026; based on current observations, the service is resuming normal operations. We are investigating an emerging issue with the Certificate Provisioning System related to users being presented with errors while trying to access the application via Akamai Control Center. We are actively investigating the issue and will provide another update within the next 60 minutes.
