LocuNOC component aggregate reports missing data

LocusNOC is operational again. We are in recovery mode, and it will take some time to recalculate aggregated data (only affects components that were previously out-of-sync with the primary datastore). We are monitoring for any issues during re-sync and will continue to update progress.

The changes vetted in QA are being applied now in our PRODUCTION environment. We will be halting site modifications during the duration of the deployment. Routine LocusNOC usage should be unaffected.

PLEASE NOTE: during this operation existing alerts will not be updated NOR will new alerts be generated; neither of these alert states will generate notifications (delayed notifcations), yet state will be correctly reflected upon return to normal operations.

Expected duration of this operation is 1 hour.

The issue has been identified and corrections are being evaluated in non-production environment for integrity and stability before moving into production.

We are investigating a data replication failure which caused components that were recently added or updated not to be reflected in reports that use aggregated data, such as daily and monthly.
