Unable to log in to Alteryx One

This incident has been resolved. A third-party identity provider outage prevented users from logging in to Alteryx One in all regions between approximately 16:00 and 19:00 UTC. The provider has confirmed full resolution, and login is working normally. If you still have trouble please reach out to customer support. We apologize for the disruption.

Login to Alteryx One has been restored in all regions as of approximately 19:00 UTC after a second disruption from the third-party identity provider. We are continuing to monitor while service stabilizes. If you still have trouble, sign out and back in, and fully close and relaunch the Alteryx One app if it appears frozen.

Login to Alteryx One is failing again in all regions as of approximately 18:35 UTC due to an ongoing third-party identity provider outage. Users cannot log in, and some logged-in users may be signed out. We are working with the vendor and will provide another update within 60 minutes.

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.
