Cloudflare CDN global incident

Cloudflare has now confirmed that their services have returned to normal operation. Altmetric applications are also operating normally so we are closing this incident.

Cloudflare has now stated that the root cause of the incident has been fixed and they are continuing to monitor the situation as services stabilise. We continue to do the same.

Our upstream CDN Cloudflare has now identified the root cause of the incident and is in the process of restoring services. Interruptions to service for Altmetric applications are still possible at this point.

A critical incident currently affecting our CDN provider Cloudflare has led to service interruption across all Altmetric products. We are following upstream updates and will perform any recovery actions as required. We will update once we have further details.
