We are currently investigating degraded access to models in the me1 region. Users are unable to navigate to models via the Anaplan UI.

Impact:

- Model navigation via UI: Affected — users are unable to browse to or open models through the standard UI navigation.

- Model access via shortcut links: Available — users who have a direct shortcut or bookmarked link to a model can still access it.

- Already active sessions: Unaffected — users currently logged into a model are not impacted.

- Apps: Unaffected.

We are working to identify the root cause and restore full navigation as quickly as possible. We will provide an update in 30 minutes or as soon as we have more information.
