Canada - Member Status Sync Delay

We are investigating a sync issue between ABC and our systems that is causing certain agreements to remain in a Pending or New status.
Impact:
Reactivated members may be delayed in syncing back to Active status in Club Hub.
Members who were previously 30 Days Past Due and have resolved their billing issues may be delayed in syncing back to Active status in Club Hub.
ABC is currently investigating the issue and manually syncing affected agreements that are currently in a Pending or New status. Members showing as Pending can still create their app account and access the gym.
We will provide another update as more information becomes available.

The sync issue between ABC and our systems that caused certain agreements to remain in a Pending or New status has been resolved.
ABC has completed the necessary syncing for affected agreements, and member statuses should now update as expected in Club Hub.
Members who were impacted, including reactivated members and members who resolved previous billing issues, should now reflect the appropriate Active status.
