Partial Outage: Video Ingest and Delivery

This incident has been resolved.

OVHcloud S3 storage has recovered, and our services are back online. Video ingest is available again, and delivery performance has returned to normal.

We are monitoring closely to make sure everything stays stable. If an upload failed during the incident, please retry it. If you still see issues with uploads or playback, please contact our support team.

We are currently experiencing a service disruption caused by an incident at our object storage (OVHcloud S3).

Impact:

Ingest: Unavailable. Video uploads and new encoding jobs cannot be processed at this time.
Delivery: Degraded performance. Existing videos remain accessible, but playback may be slower to start or experience intermittent errors.

Our team is actively working to minimize the impact. No existing video data has been lost. We recommend pausing upload jobs until ingest is restored.
