We have identified that the issue is not at the Apicbase side but indeed at our service provider. This means our teams cannot actively resolve the issue but we are in close contact with our service provider to get the dasboards up and running again as soon as possible.
We are currently investigating a problem with embedded dashboards not loading for customers. As it seems to affect all dashboards this means all dashboards in the Insights Hub but also locally embedded one's throughout the software. First analysis seems to suggest the issue is not on the Apicbase side but with our service provider powering the dashboards. Our teams are in close contact and actively trying to identify the issue.
