App-13 and App-07 - Delivery and Experience Monitoring Outage

This issue has been addressed in the latest AppNeta release, deployed December 21st.

At this point we do not anticipate any further disruption to the service or your monitoring data or events. We continue to investigate and watch the situation closely with specific staffing and additional system monitoring. We will share details in the form of a post-mortem when we are complete.

Experience and delivery monitoring are operational again. However customers may still see gaps in data during the outage. We are continuing to monitor the issue.
