Usage Monitoring Stops After EMP 13.12.0 Upgrade

This issue has been resolved in the release of EMP 13.12.1

Usage monitoring (Flow Analysis) has resumed on all monitoring points where it had been stopped, after the Enterprise Monitoring Point upgrade, this evening. Unfortunately, where usage monitoring had stopped, there may be a loss of Usage data that exceeds the change window for this operation. Presently the services are running and stable. We do not anticipate any further disruption. Engineering is investigating this issue. We will report back with details and share the measures we will put in place to prevent further issues like this again.

We have identified an issue where Usage Monitoring on the Monitoring Point stops after an upgrade to EMP 13.12.0. We are investigating the issue and impact and will provide regular updates.
