Facebook Capture API cannot accept data from business pages even though completion of the installation process was initially completed. Internal teams are working with Facebook regulators to resolve this issue. Once the connection is restored, any connections initiated after March 1, 2024, must be reauthenticated. Historical data will be automatically captured to the point of initial connection.
