Following our reversion of the problematic code change, we’ve monitored service telemetry and worked with previously impacted customers to confirm that service is restored.

Microsoft posted the following summary below. They still have the incident opened at this time, but we are receiving several reports that users are successfully reconnected to Outlook and OWA.

We are receiving reports of Outlook and OWA disconnected for Microsoft 365 accounts. Microsoft has not yet posted a health service incident, but we will update this status as soon we have more information from Microsoft.
