We are receiving reports of Outlook and OWA disconnected for Microsoft 365 accounts. Microsoft has not yet posted a health service incident, but we will update this status as soon we have more information from Microsoft.

- We’re reviewing our change management process to better understand how the impacting change was not detected in our testing cycle.
- We’re reviewing all related service telemetry as we work to produce a post-incident report.

Following our reversion of the problematic code change, we’ve monitored service telemetry and worked with previously impacted customers to confirm that service is restored.

- We've identified a recent code change to a portion of service infrastructure that we suspect is causing impact. We've reverted the code change, and we're monitoring service health telemetry to confirm if the reversion is returning service to expected functionality.
