We have identified an issue with which our ECS/Email Continuity service on log in is giving a 550 error when attempting to log into the mailbox. We are working on restoring the service and will update once this restoration is complete.

We have resolved this issue and have confirmed all queued emails have been delivered and normal mail flow processing times have returned for the ECS service. We apologize for any issue this may have caused.

We have restored our ECS OWA access (https://exg1.exghost.com) and are working on releasing the queued emails to the ECS servers. We will provide another update as soon as possible.
