Total amount on Expense report is not including the amount for Itemised line - Impact for ChromeRiver Customers

We got confirmation from the Chrome River team asking us to redirect the customers to the CR help desk, and they will address it on a customer-by-customer basis.

We have identified an issue with the report total where there is an itemized line in the report. In the ChromeRiver payload, the total amount calculated is not correct. We have escalated the issue with the ChromeRiver team.
