We’ve identified the cause and mitigated the issue for most customers.
Customers who share an IP address may still be blocked by the Web Application Firewall. The mitigation slows Team Slides synchronization for all customers, though only customers using Storyline version 3.129.38633.0 will need to resync their Team Slides.
We’re continuing to work on a full fix.
