Version 1.42 of Aspire Mobile has been published for download in both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. We continue to monitor the situation to ensure application performance is stable. The iOS version (1.42) is still pending approval in the Apple App Store. We will notify you as soon as the update is available for iOS users.
We are currently aware of a technical issue affecting the Aspire Mobile App. Some users are experiencing a crash immediately upon launching the application, which prevents the app from opening.
Our engineering team is working urgently on a fix. In the meantime, we recommend the following steps to maintain your access:
If you have NOT updated to ver. 1.41* yet: Please do not update the app manually. We also recommend temporarily disabling auto-updates in your device settings. For step-by-step instructions, please refer to the appropriate guide for your device:

If you HAVE already updated to ver. 1.41*: if the app is working normally: No action is required—you may carry on as usual.
If the app is currently crashing: Please perform a clean uninstall and reinstall. This has proven to be an effective workaround for the majority of our users while we finalize a permanent fix.
What happens next?
We are deploying a stable build labeled version 1.42* (which contains the features of version 1.40). Due to app store review processes, it may take 6–12 hours for this version to become available. We will notify you the moment it is ready for download.

How to Check Your Version Number
If you are unsure which version you are running, you can verify it through your device settings:
On iOS:
Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage > scroll down and select Aspire Mobile. The version number will be listed directly under the app name.
On Android:
The Shortcut: Long-press the Aspire Mobile icon on your home screen and tap the "i" (App Info) icon.
The Settings Path: Go to Settings > Apps > Aspire Mobile. Scroll to the bottom to find the version number.
