Login issues affecting Dashboard and Mobile App

This incident has been resolved.

The authentication service has been restored and login access to the Assignar web dashboard and mobile app is back to normal. We apologise for the disruption and thank you for your patience.

We are investigating an incident preventing users from logging in to the Assignar web dashboard and mobile app. We have identified the cause as two concurrent issues with upstream service providers:

* A service disruption affecting our third-party authentication provider, which is preventing new logins and session refreshes.
* An ongoing AWS CloudFront incident affecting content delivery.
Both issues originate outside of Assignar's application. Our team is actively working with the affected providers and monitoring progress. We will provide an update within the next hour.
