This incident has been resolved.
APIs were failing, impacting new user signups and most billing related API endpoints.
The impact affected Marketplace Partner facing APIs causing some friction on the Marketplace Reporting as these calls would fail.
The incident happened for an hour before being fixed.
The investigation revealed a recent release to be the culprit, and we rolled back to the latest stable state, which mitigated the problems.
The issue is now fixed.
