Marketplace Outage

Timeline:

Between 2022-12-16 09:22 UTC to 2022-11-23 11:15 UTC We identified marketplace.atlassian.com returning 503 errors while accessing Atlassian Marketplace.

This impacted major functionalities of Marketplace from Manage App listings, App pricing, App submissions, Evaluations and purchases, Private listings, Reporting APIs and dashboards, Partner account management ,Marketplace API's etc….

The incident has been resolved now, all the Atlassian Marketplace functionalities are back to normal and Operational.

We apologise for the inconveniences this may have caused you. We will take measures to prevent the root cause of the issue.

We have identified an issue with MPAC , where users are getting 503 error while accessing Atlassian Marketplace.

This incident impacts Marketplace capabilities like , Login , Publish app , install apps , Reporting and dashboards , APIs etc….
