Between 15:30 UTC - 19:00 UTC, affected users may have noticed that apps failed to load or may have received errors when running them.
Our us-east regional instances were temporarily disabled as part of the steps to resolve a previous incident. This region was scheduled to be restored at the conclusion of the incident management process. However, with traffic volume returning to normal levels after the holiday season, the remaining regional instances became overloaded with requests resulting in the outage. We have re-enabled all instances in this region and service is fully operational.
We've identified a fix and rolled it out across US regions. Forge extensions are now operational. The outage took place between 15:30 UTC - 19:00 UTC.
We are continuing to monitor the situation and provide another update at 23:00 UTC.
We are investigating an incident that results in the Forge app being unavailable to the end users. The apps also may fail to be installed and deployed.
