Between 2024-01-10T23:09Z to 2024-01-11T01:21Z , some Connect apps experienced errors creating user impersonation tokens using the oauth-2-authorization-server service.
The root cause was a maintenance release of the service, updating some service dependencies. This caused some requests to be rejected. Only the service instance in the eu-central region was affected. We have rolled back the service to the previous release.
The issue has been resolved and the service is operating normally.
We are investigating reports of errors for some app requests to our oauth-2-authorization-server service in the eu-central region. This service is used by apps to allocate user impersonation tokens.
We will provide more details once we identify the root cause.
