We are investigating reports of errors for some app requests to our oauth-2-authorization-server service in the eu-central region. This service is used by apps to allocate user impersonation tokens. We will provide more details once we identify the root cause.

Between 2024-01-10T23:09Z to 2024-01-11T01:21Z , some Connect apps experienced errors creating user impersonation tokens using the oauth-2-authorization-server service.

The root cause was a maintenance release of the service, updating some service dependencies. This caused some requests to be rejected. Only the service instance in the eu-central region was affected. We have rolled back the service to the previous release.

The issue has been resolved and the service is operating normally.
