Outage Details

Due to upstream service changes, the following Marketplace Reporting APIs are currently unavailable: Conversions: Get Cloud conversions Renewals: Get Cloud renewals Churn: Get Cloud churn Additionally, the Marketplace reporting UI for Cloud conversions, renewals, churn reports, and the app filter in other reports is impacted. The root cause is under investigation, with the next update scheduled for 2:30 PM UTC. We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused.

The incident has been resolved and the data pipelines were re-run. The reporting APIs and the UI are functioning as expected are fully operational. There has been no data loss due to this incident and all the 3 reported APIs and Marketplace reporting UI is fully operational.

Due to upstream service changes, the following Marketplace Reporting APIs are currently unavailable:

Conversions: Get Cloud conversions
Renewals: Get Cloud renewals
Churn: Get Cloud churn

Additionally, the Marketplace reporting UI for Cloud conversions, renewals, churn reports, and the app filter in other reports is impacted.
