Outage Details

We have identified a problem preventing customers from being able to update major versions of Forge or Connect to Forge apps in both UPM and Connected Apps. This only impacts Jira. Customers who attempt to update at this time will see an error message. 2025-01-15 07:30:00 UTC: impact start We have identified the root cause and are fixing the issue. We've confirmed the issue no longer affect customers. Resolving he incident.

The fix was fully rolled out. We've verified internally service is now fully operational.
We will monitor situation for next 1 hour and resolve the incident when confirmed with customers all is back to normal.
