AWS outage causing intermittent errors

This incident has been resolved.

AWS services are now back to normal. We continue to monitor our services, and we will update this page if there are any further updates.

Our investigation into push notifications suggests notifications to your end users were sent as expected, however some users may have experienced short delays in receiving the notifications.

We’re continuing to investigate the scope of that impact. This requires information from AWS, which we have requested. Our investigation into Workbench login and requesting API credentials suggest your team were not impacted.

We’re continuing to monitor and investigate all areas affected, including batch analytics. We’ll continue to keep you updated with the status of this.

We're not currently seeing any issues with push notifications, logging into the Workbench, or creating API credentials. While this AWS issue continues, we'll continue to monitor, investigate and provide updates.
